WatchDog 1000 Series WaterScout Irrigatiestations
Measuring soil moisture levels and start irrigating only when your crops and plants need it. With these stations you save money by only irrigating when necessary.
You can choose out of different configurations, but all stations have WaterScout SM100 soil moisture sensors. The configurations can also be put together separately by youself but with the irrigation stations you'll have a better price deal.
You will get the following items:
- A WatchDog 1200 or 1400 Micro Station
- 2 or more WaterScout SM100 Soil Moisture Sensors
- Water resistent sliding enclosure
Models
The WatchDog 1200 and 1400 have ports for connecting external sensors; 2 for the 1200 model and 4 for the 1400 model. Both stations do not have any internal sensor.
Software and Communication
For configuration purposes and data transfer you will need Spec 9 software. The following options are available and sold separately:
- Spec 9 Basic Software
- Spec 9 Pro Software
Ask for the options when you want wireless communication and/or online data monitoring.
Soil Moisture Sensors
The stations have WaterScout SM100 soil moisture sensors. These sensors measure the volumetric water content (%). If you want to measure soil temperature and conductivity, the stations are able to connect SMEC 300 sensors, which have these possibilities. Note that the 1200 model can only read 1 SMEC 300 Sensor, the 1400 model can read 2 SMEC 300 sensors. Contact us for the possibilities.
