If you only need to measure soil moisture content without any extra functions as is available on the TDR 350, but with the same ergonomic benefits, then the TDR 250 Economy Meter is the choice to have. Measuring soil moisture by Volumetric Water Content (VWC %) gives you a good idea what the moisture content is in the soil.

TDR Measuring Rods

The meter requires a set of TDR Rods to make measurements. Different lengths are available and are sold separately.
