FieldScout TDR 150 Soil Moisture Meter
The TDR 150 Soil Moisture Meter measures water content in soil and soil samples. The meter is designed to measure the volumetric water content of the soil. For plants it is best to have soil moisture contents between the field capacity and the wilting point water content levels of the soil. Please see the Water Holding Capacity Chart in the attachments to read up about field capacity of different soil types, which can hellp you understand the different water content levels of different soil types.The meter comes in a hard carrying case.

The FieldScout TDR 150 Soil Moisture Meter will be equiped with Bluetooth and GPS as standard features. You can now use the meter with your smartphone and see your measurements on your smart device using the free to download FieldScout Mobile App.
TDR Measuring Rods
For taking measurements with the TDR meter you will need TDR rods, which come in several different lengths. These TDR rods are required but sold separately.

FieldScout Mobile App and SpecConnect
You have the possibility to connect your TDR device with your smartphone or tablet using the Bluetooth option. Using Bluetooth you can see the measured data on your smart device with the
free 'FieldScout Mobile App' downloadable from the App Store or Play Store. The app is able to show data from dfferent FieldScout devices (soil moisture, temperature, EC, turf firmness) in different colours. The data can be sent through by email. If you have an existing TDR 150 meter already in possession but without the Bluetooth?GPS unlocked you can purchase the unlock key (ST-6445GBU) sold separately.
With FieldScout SpecConnect you can also send data from the meter to your PC at home using the SpecConnect portal. Data can be further analyzed with plotted maps etc. Please following this link for more information:
